Accidentally bought Tinder Gold? Forgot to cancel your Tinder Plus subscription before it auto-renewed? Getting a Tinder refund is possible, but the process depends entirely on how you subscribed.
If You Subscribed on an iPhone (Apple ID)
Tinder cannot process refunds for iOS purchases. You must go through Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Log in with your Apple ID.
- Select “Request a refund” and choose your reason.
- Select your Tinder subscription and submit.
If You Subscribed on Android (Google Play)
If it has been less than 48 hours since the charge, you can request a refund directly through Google Play:
- Go to play.google.com/store/account.
- Click on “Order History”.
- Find the Tinder subscription, click “Request a refund”, and fill out the form.
If You Subscribed on Tinder.com (Credit Card)
If you paid directly on the Tinder website, you must contact Tinder support directly. Go to the Tinder help page, select “Request a refund,” and provide your account details and order number.
