What they ARE:
* A place to share experiences, information, and strategies for living successfully with mental health disorders.
* Peer-led.
* Safe and non-judgmental.
* Confidential.
* Offer emotional support, friendship, and a sense of belonging.
* Meet regularly.

* Not a pity party.
* Not a dating service.
* Not a gripe session.
* Not a place to diagnose.

* Not a replacement for professional care.

* Not a place to gossip about, harass, or otherwise add to the depression of others in this group.
